Cricket Powder adds 40g protein to these delicious and homey favorites
|1 1/2 cups flour||1 cup butter, softened|
|1/2 cup cricket powder||1 cup sugar|
|1 tsp baking soda||1 egg|
|pinch of salt||1 tsp vanilla extract|
|12 oz chocolate chips|
1 Mix flour, cricket flour, baking soda and salt
2 Cream butter and sugar (10 minutes) then mix in egg and vanilla extract until just blended
3 Stir in dry ingredients to form stiff cookie dough.
4 Stir in chocolate chips
5 Drop rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet
6 Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
