Our Buffalo Crispy Crickets provide a great alternative to deep-fried chicken wings--they have the same tangy kick, but are a lot easier to eat on the go and don't require any wet wipes!
For Game Day, these Celery Sticks are a fun, low-carb snack that is a great way to introduce crickets to a crowd! Adjust the amount of wing sauce in the mix--or omit it all together for folks who prefer a milder snack (they'll still get a little zip from the Crickets).
|1 bunch celery, cut into 3.5 inch sticks||3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce|
|4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened||1 container Buffalo Crispy Crickets|
|1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese|
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and wing sauce. Fill each celery stick with a level tablespoon of the filling, then top with Crispy Crickets.
